Key Responsibilities: Maintain the master admin file and keeping it up to date. Timely processing of new visa/renewals and assist PRO in preparing necessary documents. Process medical insurance, workmen compensation claims, and occupational health cards. Ensure booking of employee vacation tickets and tickets for business travel. Organize staff welfare activities/events as planned calendar. Prepare monthly overtime calculations. Update employee records in ERP. Provide assistance in recruitment as and when required. Handle onboarding process for new joiners and ensure smooth orientation. Organize inhouse and external training for employees. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management/ Human resources or a related field. Candidate with three years of HR experience. Effective English Communication skills in all forms: written, oral, and listening. Knowledgeable of all areas of human resource management. Strong analytical conflict resolution and problem solving skills. Experience in supervising projects and team activities. Time management skills.
