Dubai -AED3,000 - AED3,500 a monthDeveloped, implemented and revised policies and procedures to facilitate and support the evolution and growth of the Bariatric ProgramCoordinated the preoperative care and testing of patients preparing to undergo surgeryProvided patient education and an initial point of contact for patients undergoing surgery both pre and post-operativeManaged the team surgical schedule and coordinated special services and supplies required for cases, to include both pre and post-operative careProvided education and training to hospital wide staff involved in the treatment of special needs surgical casesCommunicated and collaborated with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family organization.Coordinated patient care through a continuum and facilitated the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality, and cost effectiveness.Made patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.Accountable for identifying, disposing of, and submitting orders for expired medication for family practice clinic.Lab draws on pediatric patientsCarefully monitored the vital signs, progress and recovery of post-operative patientsImplemented the nursing care plan for patients and recording the progress of the plan in their medical recordsAssisted patients with meals, dressing and bathing, ambulatory needs and other daily activities in the hours or days following surgeryDocumented physician orders as instructed and carrying out LPN services in those ordersProvided appropriate response to emergency situations with patients and providing other critical assistance to patients as needed*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,000.00 to AED3,500.00 /monthExperience:clinic/Hospital: 1 year (Preferred)
