Ensure all kitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations. Supervise the Outlet kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines Liaise daily with Outlet Managers to keep open lines of communication regarding guest feedback. Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs. Ensure proper staffing and scheduling in accordance to productivity guidelines. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Other duties as assigned. Record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the . Help change price menus or change the prices of certain items based on the information they collect. Recommend solutions if food or beverage shortages occur. To control the Food & Beverage Cost.Engineer the menu in terms of costing. Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating / discussing with relevant parties.Update and maintain receipts into the systems (FMC).Coordinate with management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B.Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons.Continuously study weaknesses in controls implemented at the restaurant and suggest for improvements.Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for accuracy of covers and average check.Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.Participate in monthly market survey and involve in formal negotiation for annual and large contracts involving inventory items.Check and ensure all menu items’ have a recipePrint and distribute menu sales analysis of the respective department on a monthly basis. Dubai -PermanentOur client a leading CEO is looking for a Private PA to ensure smooth running of all family and household affairs, including managing properties and operations to the highest quality, personal administrative support, event management, travel arrangements and taking ownership for all private requests. This is an exciting and challenging role, based out of the company corporate offices. The chosen candidate will manages all private appointments for family and friends on behalf of the principal along with maintaining a rota for household staff and schedule of work needed. There will be additional responsibilities relating to art & wine collections, such as maintaining inventories and managing Auction paperwork. MAJOR FUNCTIONS Provides personal support to the Owner/s to ensure smooth running of all family and household affairs, including managing properties and operations to the highest quality, personal administrative support, event management, travel arrangements and taking ownership for all private requests to support the Owner/s. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Property & Household Management (worldwide) Manages property projects, main point of contact for all household items; including managing suppliers, liaising with interior designers, managing household works/repairs.Liaises with insurance brokers to ensure policies are up to date and provide comprehensive coverage.Manages staff, all HR issues, salary payment, arranging visas, vacations etc.Maintains a rota for household staff and schedule of work needed.Maintains an extensive fine artwork & wine inventory. The role is based in Sharjah, but would be an easy 20 min commute from Dubai - if you preferred to live there.
