Dubai -Job Purpose To lead and ensure documents and processes related to the management of the Health segment are respectively edited and established according to the business needs encompassing any legal aspects. To review and update guidelines and business documents like Standard Operating Procedures through various units of Health segment to ensure proper governance and controls are in place. To maintain relationship with local and Regional Health authorities as required and coordinate on various regular and ad hoc regulatory requirements. To drive and coordinate on all activities related to Compliance, Controls, and Audits- including both internal and external. To support the Unit in achieving its overall objectives. Main Accountability: Overall responsible to ensure that all documents used in the healthcare segment are in line with the business requirements and strategy in all countries, operated through AXA Gulf. It will be necessary to lead and coordinate actions with all main stakeholders being the Corporate Offering department, the Network department, the Sales & Distribution department and the Production / Operations department. To ensure that any legal aspects are met by the company with regard to both its healthcare documentation and its processes.
