We are looking for digital content intern, you will report into the Head of Content and support the content department while also gaining exposure to the full digital landscape. As a content intern with RBBi, you will have the opportunity gain experience in online content management, CMS systems and copywriting in both English and Arabic. You will have the chance to work with some fantastic brands on both a regional and global basis. The opportunity will be an initial 3 month internship with the opportunity to become permanent if you have the right passion, knowledge and attitude. About you: You’re someone who enjoys being creative and has a desire to create engaging online content. You're detailed orientation and always strive for perfection, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a problem solving attitude. While some experience working in a digital, copy writing or journalism environment is preferable, the most important criteria is a genuine interest and passion for the digital industry more specifically understanding the importance of content across the user online experience. This will also be coupled with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. The role is suitable for someone with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. For this role you MUST be fluent in both English and Arabic written and spoken. What you'll do: Work across multiple accounts within the retail, travel, finance and lifestyle industries Upload content as per client requirements into CMS system in English and Arabic Creative review of copy and content creative, and quality checks Translate brief copy from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English Audit and track content upload requests, ensure they are executed correctly Work with the different service groups from User Experience and SEO to deliver the content deliverable Work on internal marketing communications when require Requirements to apply What you'll need: Strong written skills in English & Arabic, comfortable writing and editing website pages, articles, blogs and social media posts Solid analytical and problem solving skills High level of attention to detail – being able to recognise spelling and grammatical mistakes, and formatting errors.
