Dubai -Acuity are currently looking for candidates to further develop their Management Consultancy Service Line to both support future growth and support in the delivery of projects across the MEA region. The ideal candidate should be someone who has worked in a Management Consultant capacity preferably with a Big Four Consultancy or Global strategy houses or international management consultancies in the Middle East region. Candidates should have between 2-5 years’ experience in a relevant field but most of all be flexible to work on multiple engagements and in multiple countries. The role is based in region and may require travel. We are particularly looking for candidates with experience from the Aviation/Airport Advisory. Play Your Part In this position you are responsible to provides Facade cleaning support but not limited to, building External and internal cleaning, Marquee cleaning, Lagoon cleaning, and supervising repairs of equipment. Main Duties: - To work & Supervise a team working at heights for cleaning building facades and/or signage/s using Mobile power-operated work platforms (Boom/Scissor lifts) and water features cleaning (Cloudy Lagoon). - Work closely with Building owners (In the park) to address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns. - Manage equipment, materials & ensure that the equipment has undergone periodic checks and has received certification from local regulatory bodies. - Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained and the facility assets are looked after. - Conduct team briefings to cascade key information to staff for application at the work place. - Observe all safety procedures at all times and report unsafe procedures/conditions to Line Manager. - Supervise and ensure materials and equipment are used for their designated purpose only. - Monitor and document daily work progress reports. - Ensure Optimal resource utilization to carry out tasks in line with the PPM plan and achieve set deadlines. - Establish and annually review standards and work procedures for Facade and water features cleaning and apply updates where required. - Planning work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered. - Orientation, development and supervision of the Ground team to ensure the department goal is achieved. - Monthly reporting of work progress, accomplishments to the Line Manager. - Suggest changes in SOP's to bring about maximum efficiency at the work place. - Ensure and promote safe work practices at the work site reinforcing the use of proper PPE for the right jobs. - Performs other duties as assigned. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team. Requirements Are You a Star? In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria: Essential: - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UAE as Facade cleaning. - Would have worked in a Supervisor/Foreman position for at least 2 years Supervising a team. - Should have at least 2 years' documented experience in working with Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (Boom and/or Scissor lift). - Should hold a Mobile Elevated Work Platforms license (IPAF) - Good relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. - Has the ability to multi-task and establish priorities, maintain organization in a changing and stressful environment and exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership. - Good communication skills.
