Dubai -The IT Senior Architect – .NET is responsible to ensure structural integrity and scalability of all .NET based applications, mainly the flyDubai - website and booking engine. These applications could be developed inhouse, or by our development partners. The resource will also be responsible for technical production support and troubleshooting of production issues at a technical level. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Key Activities 1. Guide development partners in design phase of system building, ensuring the application build is highly performing and scalable 2. Ensure adherence to design patterns and best practices for inhouse development as well as work done by development partners 3. Manage a team of four to six Web developers, and guide them in inhouse application development 4. Develop frameworks for internal use, including Enterprise wide use of webservices and reusable components 5. Ensure adequate tools and practices are established to support high availability of production systems 6. Ensure there is proper documentation and inhouse knowledge of the website functionality and business flows, which aid in troubleshooting of technical production issues 7. Manage application/software upgrades/downtimes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Minimum Qualification BE/ BTech/ MCA Experience 10 to 12 yrs of experience in designing and developing .NET based systems6 to 8 yrs of experience in working on airline Booking Engines Knowledge / Skills Skilled in .NET TechnologiesSkilled in design reviews CORE COMPETENCIES Ability to guide a team of designers/developers in supporting and maintaining the airline website/booking engineAbility to convert requirements into application design using design frameworks and best practicesAbility to work with vendors, perform design reviews and ensure applications developed are best of breedExperience in troubleshooting production issues including Payment Related Issues, Reservation Related IssuesExperience in design/ development of highly performing web sitesAbility to lead the design team composed of other designers and developers and churn out high quality applications using latest technologiesAbility in understanding standard functionality and technical structure of airline websites/booking engines

Reporting into the Personal Shopping Manager, you will be tasked with developing and enhancing your customers’ loyalty and spend by utilising your strong customer service and commercial skills whilst building long-lasting, personal relationships with our E.I.P customers. You Will: Customer Relationship Management: Profile customers individually based on their shopping pattern. Dubai -Role Profile: Prepare business planning and pre-season forecasting of sales and margin; Maintain gross profit on purchases and/or net profit on sales in line with overall business expectations. The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to: Assist with business planning and forecasting of sales, subsequently accountable for sales / margin measurement. Managing sales and margin data and provide daily / Weekly reports. Plan OTB in terms stock and intake requirement to meet the budgeted sales plan, highlight the actual receipts vs planned inbound if any major discrepancies Develop relationships with internal/ external contacts, and assess appropriate and critical information (where applicable). Identification /plan promotional events, and deliver in consultation with Operations and VM`s. Coach and monitor performance of merchandise team within brand team. Supervise their activities, maintaining brand and latest fashion trend awareness. Pro-actively utilise available software/ systems and identify improvements / requirements for further action. Manage / maintain sales and margin reports accuracy. Knowledge: English speaking essential. Good level of secondary education. Experience: One year of experience as assistant merchandiser or similar role. Retail business Skills: IT Literate especially Excel Power BI/understanding on excel data models. power Pivots will be an added advantage.
