About the role: An opportunity has arisen for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage Service Team in Zero Gravity. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Ensure maximum usage of all supplies to attain budgeted beverage cost and to prevent waste Anticipate the guests' needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency Perform all opening, closing and nightly duties Take orders for beverages from guests and deliver beverage orders promptly Bid farewell to guests, using guest's name when known, and encourage them to return Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas Assists the department head with the training/mentoring of new employees as requested Maintains all assigned wardrobe/costumes/uniforms and appearance in accordance with established uniform guidelines Works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service at all times Bottle service sales need to be driven through smart and friendly upselling technique Initiate conversation with guests, inquiring about their satisfaction Adhere to all responsible alcohol serving requirements as dictated by the state.
