Dubai -Key ResponsibilitiesThe position of Account Manager will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. Your primary responsibility will be obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their needs and requirements. Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition. Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.Our Managers think like an entrepreneur, stay abreast of current business and industry trends, and use creative techniques, analyses and presentations to answer clients’ most important questions. Major responsibilities include:Manage existing key insurance company accounts.Identifying new insurers presenting our services and securing the accounts.Handling day to day requests of the accounts.Develop positive relationships with clients.Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs.Follow up with clients to ensure the timely payment of the accounts.Addressing and handling complaints and issues from the accounts and working with stakeholders / departments to resolve and communicate the response back to the client.Identifying companies suitable for the TruDoc loyalty programme.Present our propositions to groups of people.Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.Working internally with stakeholders on pricing and communicating it with the client.Sourcing, presenting to and securing large account with organisations who would benefit from the introduction of a loyalty scheme be it either a pay per service model or per member per month.Working closely with the marketing team to increase the utilisation of the services.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:account management: 3 years (Required)
