They are looking to diversify their service offering to clients by providing second citizenship by investment services to their large database of existing international clients. Through their longstanding relationships with international Governments they are in the position to be able to provide second citizenship / residency programmes by investment. As a second citizenship sales specialist you will advise clients on the best opportunities for them to invest internationally so they can own an attractive foreign investment as well as gain second citizenship for a European, Caribbean or other international country. Such advantages open up the world to entrepreneurs, wealthy investors and their families to enable their freedom of movement & access to excellent healthcare and educational facilities. Requirements To be considered for this role you must: • Currently be working in the second citizenship or global immigration industry and have a good knowledge of current international processes; • Have a proven track record of selling to HNWI clients in this industry; • Be used to working to targets through KPIs; • Deliver results, be a naturally positive, optimistic, ‘can do’ person; • Have experience of handling clients on an international basis; • Have excellent English skills. (additional languages are an advantage) • Have an educational background in law, finance and compliance or similar industries is an advantage. We are looking for a candidate to supervise and oversee the maintenance activities of the catering units and retail outlets. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Plan, organize and supervise all the maintenance operations, including supervisory responsibilities for hiring and disciplinary actions. Coordinate, assign and direct, daily, weekly and monthly schedules to subordinates. To establish job priorities and timeframes for maintenance staff. Responsible for installing or repair of Electrical/HVAC systems Monitor completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction and revise instruction and timeframe as necessary. Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standard and proper safety procedures. Schedule and supervise maintenance activities within the company, including work performed by contractors or sub-contractors within the system. Develop specification and make recommendation on capital equipment purchases. Determine need for outside contractor to be involved in construction projects. Maintain appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installation structural repairs and work orders for each location. Manage maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses. Perform other related task and duties as assigned. Professional Requirements: Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience. Comprehensive knowledge of current practices and procedures involved in maintenance and repair. Comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used for maintenance and repair. Good knowledge of applicable safety regulations, practices and procedures Ability to work cooperatively, communicate effectively and to maintain effective internal and external customer relations to accomplish job responsibility. Ability to quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing information and or technology. Ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
