Job Duties and Responsibilities : • Manage all pharmacy employees including pharmacists,Delivery Men,Assistant pharmacists and others to ensure full schedule coverage and best consumer services. • Handle all pharmacy employees monthly bonuses. • Maintain the satisfaction of all corporate Clients through the best delivery of their daily prescriptions and requirements. • Ensure all insurance-prescriptions are rightly dispensed and priced. • Achieve monthly targets of sales. • Control of all keys to the pharmacy as well as the ultimate security of the pharmacy. Job Requirements and Qualifications : • Bachelor’s Degree of pharmaceutical Sciences • Must have at least 10 years of experience in retail pharmacies. • Strong communication skills with an energetic and positive attitude • Ability to make decisions and work under stress • Time management • Problems solving Flexibility and adaptation • Team work. • Works on achieving the target of sales. • Regularity of working hours. • Computer skills. • Ability to train others. • Customers-driven and results oriented.
