She will also be responsible for supervising and providing direction to assigned team and perform responsibilities as directed by the brand, the business or assigned by the F&B Operations Manager.Key Areas of Responsibilities:1. Food Hygiene, Safety and SanitationEnforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.4.
