Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly service while attending to the guests’ requests and queries.Ensure all guests’ requests are acted upon promptly, to ensure satisfaction of service provided.Clean guest rooms thoroughly, make the necessary arrangements to replenish amenities according to the operational standards.To collect and sign for floor master key, room report and return them at the end of shift.Strictly uphold Byblos Hospitality policies and procedures among the staff and service standards.Return and properly tag all lost and found items in the Housekeeping Department.Report necessary maintenance – facilities, furniture, report any missing and damage hotel properties, guests’ incidents and complaints.Ensure communication lines are kept open between Housekeeping Department/Personnel, Guests and other departments.Strictly follow fire, sanitation, and health and safety policy.Other duties as assigned.The ideal candidate must have a previous working experience on a similar role in a 4* Hotel environment, preferably inside theA “Can do” attitude, able to work well independently.Good English communication skill is a MUST.Professionally groomed.Customer service oriented.We offer a competitive salary package (fully furnished sharing accommodation, transportation, duty meals, bi-annual ticket, and medical insurance).Interested candidates, who meet above criteria, may submit their CV (with SUBJECT: HK-RPV2017) .
