Dubai -CommissionJob Description: We are seeking Relationship Officers / Relationship Manager to join Client First Asiateam in Dubai -.Your main role will be to acquire, grow and deepen relationship through effectiverelationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction ofcustomers’ financial and investment needs, with an aim to meet the budgeted volumeswhilst ensuring adherence to company’s policies, ethics and code of conduct.Your accountability will be:Generate new business to achieve defined sales target through various financialproducts.To identify, acquire and Manage HNI relationships.Assess the quality, potential and profitability of new relationships as well as theexisting portfolio.Ensure that the service standards are met and maintained, and Nil undesirablebusiness is sourced.Provide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customersatisfaction and retentionEnsure proper documentation is done across products and timely draw-down.Update customers on the global economic policies and trends; be abreast withinformation on equities, bonds, commodities, futures, options, indices, bullion,derivatives.Monitor follow-up & review on all business activity & report to the MD.Offer products that suits the customers risk profile and appetite.Ensure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines anddue diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatoryrequirements.Qualifications: Higher Diploma (UAE National)/ University Degree or Equivalent (Expat) in FinanceExperience: Minimum 2-8 years’ experience in banking /financial consultancy, and relationshipmanagement or customer service preferably in a similar HNWI relationshipmanagement job.Other Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills, consultative approach and able to influence/convinceothers to support business objective.Ability to work under pressure with sincerity & flexibilityExcellent computer & IT skillsAdvantage, if having driving License & CII Certification.Salary Range: Commission basisNote: We are okay to hire freshers who have passed out from elite colleges of India likeIIFT, IIM or IIT.Job Type: CommissionExperience:Sales / Investment advisor: 2 years (Required)Education:Master's (Preferred)
