Complete building inspections and advise on technical issues on existing portfolio
Collaborate directly with third party technicians and engineers and other in-house departments to ensure delivery/maintenance are implemented smoothly
Inspection and review mechanical design and advise on modifications
Inspection and review fit-out design and advise on modifications across current projects
Manage the MEP across current project developments

Must have MEP Engineering Degree - candidate will not be considered without this
15 years experience within a fit-out/contractor environment, Facilities Management candidates will not be considered
