CPD- Mass & Makeup No. of Reports Direct: TBC Indirect: 0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the direction of the Field Excellence Manager, implement the sales and distribution strategy in the field Achieve the net sales channel's quantitative and qualitative target for both sell-in and sell out turnoverEnsure continuous communication between their sales team and the management on business performance updates, market dynamic and competition Develop a strong network and capacity of influence among key customers and purchasersProvide feedback on promotions and retail activities to the management to help build the relevant activity plansImplement in store execution of activity plans through the field teamAnticipate & manage new launches plan by brand to ensure the listing and discontinuation of products in market in a timely mannerCoordinate and align with the Merchandising supervisor to maximize collaboration between the merchandisers and sales team and ensure an efficient merchandising implementation (replenishment, planograms, share of shelf etc.) in storesOversee the order cycle, delivery and stock availability and communicate effectively with the functions involved in the process Oversee the collection process and ensure on time payment as per the company policyConduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with retailers (Store level) to align on business developmentAnalyze return/collection/stock reports to identify gaps and opportunities and put the right action plan with the sales teamMonitor sell-in report by account to better understand stores performanceDevelop and motivate the team through field coaching and on the job learning and constructive feedback sharing for a maximized field efficiency and commercial excellenceCalculate Commissions and submit to H.R. in a timely fashion in coordination with the Channel Manager Internal InteractionsTrade Marketing FinanceSupply Chain HRManagement External InteractionsRetailers (HO management/ in store managers) Preferred experience : To have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in a relevant industryThorough experience in key account management, sales operations, business targets and people management in FMCG sector Competencies: Master Commerce Fundamentals Develop Customer Centric Business Build Selling Proposition & Negotiate Monitor Sell In & Sell Out Excellence Specific Know-How Stay up to date Collect and connects comprehensive knowledge about the customer Strategic vision and capability to build customer development strategies Activate business driver Drive turn over and profit optimization Conduct win win negotiations Language English mandatory – Arabic is a big plus
