Dubai -ContractBusiness Process Analyst, Dubai -, 6 Months to Permanent, Transport Industry, Urgent Requirement, ARIS, BPM Support with developing business process management frameworks Support with evaluating the strategy to identify requirements for business process development Research and analyze leading practices to develop suitable business processes Collaborate with departments to align with them on the proper business processes that will enable them to achieve their goals and objectives Design, develop and implement business processes to achieve goals and objectives Engage in effective stakeholder management to obtain buy in for improvement and change initiatives Support with communicating any updates related to business process management to all sectors Support with designing and maintaining business process data integrity, architecture and repository Assist in conducting professional measuring and monitoring as well as provision of feedback on performance of business processes Ensuring high visibility and awareness of the BPR methodology, and ongoing initiatives Assist in ensuring that business process outcomes are aligned with goals and objectives Support with facilitating process orientation workshops involving liaising with business units and other departments and explaining process requirements What you'll need to succeed Bilingual (Arabic and English) Essential Strong process modelling experience Good knowledge of BPM tools, ARIS knowledge is an advantage Experience in transportation or logistics industry Lean Six Sigma green belt experience What you'll get in return A competitive monthly salary, medical insurance, 2 year visa and the opportunity to transfer onto the companies direct payroll with further benefits and reward schemes.
