Dubai -AED2,500 - AED3,000 a monthJOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVEDuties & ResponsibilitiesIMPORT (Air/Land/sea)Maintaining good relations with clients, Shipping Lines, Airlines and other vendorsChecking client’s enquiries every day and sending quotation to them.Negotiation with agents and Sending quotations to clients.Maintaining filed rates on common sectors with Vendors.Continuous follow up of shipments and providing daily up to date to clientsChecking the schedule (origin, transit and up to destination)Opening Job files and maintaining Job sheets.Maintaining tracking sheet of the shipments.Maintaining rate sheet for common sectors.Sending payment request to accounts for the DO collection.Preparing authorization letter and Arranging Delivery order collectionArranging documents collection from customer.Checking and verifying the documents for the clearance.Arranging the clearance and follow up for the same.Applying duty exemption.Arranging customs submission of documents.Preparing delivery advise and Arranging transportation.Sending payment request with details to accounts for arranging overseas agent payments/Transporter payments etc.Dispatching invoice with all supportive documents.EXPORT (Air/Land/Sea)Checking client’s enquiries every day and sending quotation to them.Negotiating with agent and Sending quotations to clients.Maintaining filed rates on common sectors with Vendors.Continuous follow up of shipments and providing daily up to date to clientsMaking export booking with shipping line/Airline through online or manually.Arranging the placement of container and follow up with transporterFollow up for the customs clearance before the cut off time.Updating load list to shipping line through online or manuallyPreparing loading plan for vehicle shipment and send to customer.Updating BL/AWB instructions with shipping line or airline through their on-line system or manually and getting confirmation from customer after sending draft BL/AWBArranging insurance policy for the shipments if required.Sending payment requests to accounts for the BL collection and arranging BL collection.Checking departure, arrival (origin, transit and up to destination)Arranging customs submission of documents.sending invoices with all the necessary supporting documents.CROSS TRADE(Air/sea/Land)Checking client’s enquiries every day.Negotiating with agents and sending quotations to clients.Making the booking with overseas agents.Providing BL/AWB instructions and getting the draft BL from agents and getting confirmation from customer after sending draft BL/AWB.Follow up and sending the update to client till the shipment reach to destination.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,500.00 to AED3,000.00 /monthExperience:Freight forwarding: 2 years (Preferred)
