Ideally, you would be responsible for generating and following up on leads with organizations in different business verticals. We expect you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach while always maintaining excellent customer relationships.This position gives you a high level of autonomy, which allows you to operate as you see fit. Candidates who excel in this role will then be required to build up and lead a sales team.Responsibilities: Generating and verifying leads from cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, existing relationships, etc.Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calls, emails, visits, etc.Conducting sales presentations through phone, in-person and/or screen sharingMeeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals set forth by yourself and the management teamCreating and updating activity reportsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesMaintain details of customer interactions via our CRMTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the company’s reputationGo the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationAny other tasks as directed by your direct line managerKey Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required3-5 Years of services sales and/or selling outsourcing servicesExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsExperience selling to upper management and C-Level executivesPatience, persistence and persuasivenessOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints should they ariseMust have a valid UAE driver's licenseMust already be based in Dubai - or Abu DhabiWe will give careful consideration to your application and review your details against the position criteria. Al QuozAs per the final BOQ (work order) prepare shop drawing schedule.Raise RFI if needed on the Main Contractor/ Architect for clear understanding of their requirements and incorporate the same in the detail joinery drawing that are prepared for submitting to client/ Consultant.Submittal sheets need to be attached while submitting drawings for approval.Coordinate with Production Team once drawings are approved depending on the “status” A or B given to the Consultant/ client after registering date of receipt of the drawings further in the event the status is C the drawings is redone incorporating all the documents and also site conditions including site measurements.Issue subcontractor with relevant drawings related to their scope of work in consultation with Production Department.Prepare as built drawings as per finished site work.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Drafting: 1 year (Preferred)
