Dubai -A reputed company in Dubai - is in need of a full time experienced male work shop manager. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and directing all the company vehicle operations. Managing the day to day activities of the workshop and ensure that all the jobs handled are completed on time, within the cost allocated. Complying with the quality while maintaining a safe working environment. Assist in monitoring vehicle movements and ensure time management as well as delivery of the products. Arrange for maintenance as well as repair of the company vehicles ensuring optimum serviceability at all times. Providing estimates and negotiating with insurance companies. JOB REQUIREMENTS Working experience of 2-4 years of managing workshop or similar. Experience managing 100 fleet Vehicles throughout the UAE. Having strong personality and able to work well under pressure. Applicants should have a good computer knowledge. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills and also strong knowledge of the UAE roads. Familiarity with vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance, petrol cards etc Good interpersonal skills to be able to related with clients.
