Reporting to: GM- Claims Supervising: None Job Responsibilities Processing of claims after complete understanding and thorough investigationSettlement of direct claims, re-submissions and reimbursements in accordance with the norms of the insurance policiesUnderstanding the medical history of the clientsSolving the queries of the customers in the Claim settlement issues.Processing both electronic and physical claims. Followed adjudication policies and procedures to ensure proper payment of claimsAnalyzing the claim cases for the detection of fraud claimants. Competencies/Skills Degree Level Medical Graduate, MBBS, Degree Field Medicine Certification Medical courses certification and training , coding Experience/Knowledge Preferably 1 year past experience in insurance sector; Fresher’s might apply Key Skills Fluency in English, Sound Medical Knowledge Computer Skills Basic Data Processing methods, operating a PC including automated claims processing software; Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint Additional Requirements Comprehensive Knowledge of medical insurance terms and policiesWell versed with CPT, ICD 9 and ICD 10Good communication skillsTeam player, detail oriented Authority Level : Not Applicable

Dubai -Industry: Visual Communications Job Purpose: The Production Manager will perform a wide range of duties related to the physical production and installation of all kind of signs. Planning and scheduling production of jobs, quality assurance, installation, and staff supervision will be a key performance area. The leadership skills required to ensure that the Production and Installation teams complete all projects on time and with the highest quality standards while being a team player and providing support for all functions as needed. Job Responsibilities: Organize the production function and plan shop floor operations to meet given production targets of Emirates Neon. Optimize production efficiency by anticipating and elimination of production bottlenecks, by conducting production meeting & Sales coordination meeting on daily basis. Maximize productivity by maintaining a cordial working relationship with operatives on a personal level Control the level of rejections through strict adherence to prescribed manufacturing practices & machine operation standards. Maintain satisfactory quality levels consistent with Standards approved by Emirates Neon. Coordinate with HR department to identify the training needs of the workforce and develop multi-skill workforce on the shop floor. Ensure that proper safety and welfare measures are consistently undertaken to safeguard resources and strive to attain congenial working conditions in the Shop Floor. Maintain discipline and enforce sound housekeeping practices on the shop floor. Ensure effective planning, co-ordination and utilization of transport vehicles Ensure the availability of MIS reports in the areas of production / planning / maintenance & stores departments. Ensure to achieve company’s Quality Policy and Objectives. Coordinate with the management in implementing and maintaining ISO-Procedures and other documentation. Perform any other work assigned by the management Ensure Benchmarking / Cost saving and Continual Improvements are implemented. Ensure Housekeeping of the Company is up to the mark. Job Requirements: Mech. Engineering and or other related field from an accredited university is required Minimum 5 Years of experience in Outdoor and Signage industry Nationality Preference: Indian / Pakistani Age bracket: 35 – 45 years Having a UAE driving license is an added advantage Related and internationally recognized Professional Certifications related to job profile. Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government entities. Technical knowledge of sign production and installation Excellent Leadership Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective Organizing Skills: must have ability to plan and prioritize tasks and manager deadlines. A high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Computer skills: Proficiency in the use of office software products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphs, etc.). Salary: AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 + 60 days paid annual leave after every 2 years + Gratuity + Air Ticket, Health Insurance, etc.
