Job Duties : • Receive in-bound calls from customers and prospects through voice, fax, e-mail and web while maintaining established standards for number of calls, pick-up time, duration of call, quality of call etc. • Provide high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries efficiently and politely with correct and complete information and redirect them where appropriate. • Handle light back office work related to follow-up and customer complaints. • Maintain confidentiality of the company’s customers and data. • Adheres to the assigned shift schedule and avoid any late attendance • Keep abreast with the latest changes to any of the company’s procedures and new policies. • Handle sudden rush of calls, stressful periods, and call volume pressure. Requirements : • Graduate from a reputable university. • 1-2 years work experience in the Customer Service functions in a contact or call center is a must. Insurance experience in Customer relationship is a definite plus. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Excellent command of the English language, Arabic is a definite plus. • Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer service. • Welcomes training and development plans. • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Provide support to employees in various HR related area such as leaves, compensation, visa, reimbursements etc. Ensure HR documents (eg: contracts of employment, Employment letters) are filed in employee personal file both soft and hard copies. Manage & process payroll effectively. Monitoring and recording the time attendance of the store and kitchen staff Manage & maintain data in HR Systems & ensure high quality of data Working closely with HR members to ensure continuous & timely support to employees and address inquiries from them effectively. Manage & support onboarding program for new employees Support ongoing HR projects Undertake tasks in performance management Calculation of end of services benefits Preparing final settlements Reviews, guides, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations Liaise with the PRO on visa process of new and current employees Coordinate with the recruitment assistant in the process of medical insurance card issuance of new and current employees. Coordinate with Medical insurance providers & banks. Assist with policy development and documentation. Required Skills Hospitality: Hotel/Restaurant experience desirable Graduate ideally with completed CIPD qualification. Ability to be self-sufficient and make decisions independently,
