About the opportunity Our People& Places Line line of business has access to 35,000 professionals across the globe. Our team of engineers, designers and planners work to deliver projects in Transport Planning, Roads, Rail, Bridges, Project Management, Security Services, Building Structures & Services and Asset Management Planning. As an already accomplished Senior Electrical Designer you will be responsible to lead and manage a team of designers and draftsmen. Technical Perform layout studies and assist Electrical Designer in developing design/drafting activities. Coordinate design interface activities with other disciplines for assigned area. Supervise electrical designers and drafters assigned for their area. Ensure consistency and integrity of electrical design throughout Area/Project and review design for logic, functionality and completeness. Design and checking of all power, grounding, lighting and electric heat tracing layouts and associated single lines, schedules without supervision. Check electrical 3D model on the PDS, Smart Plant and /or Auto-plant platform. Review vendor drawings for electrical details and interface data for complex equipment. Perform workshare activities as assigned by the Electrical Leader. Perform material take-off for electrical commodity material. Inquire, evaluate, and prepare purchase requisition of electrical commodity material. Provide construction support at job site. About You: 15+ years of experience on medium sized or larger capital projects, from project inception to startup is required. Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from a recognized technical institute required. Current knowledge of EPC work processes, administrative practices as well as familiarity with the various project phases and the scope/deliverables required. Field experience in construction and pre-commissioning support. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred. Experience in BIM Modelling. Dubai -AED4,500 - AED5,000 a monthDuties and responsibilities:Acknowledge member data and timely update the system for various operations/tasks/endorsements as per HR request; as per agreed requirements, standards, policies & procedures, KPI/TAT. Communicates to Sender once task is completed.Print and issue membership cards for the client’s customers as per correct templates and types.Check the print Quality before Delivery.Log the cards for internal records.
