To support the growth of the company, we are currently seeking an experienced Sales/Admin Manager to ensure the highest possible level of customer success. Key responsibilities include support the Regional Director on a day to day basis, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention as well as supporting the efficient operation of the division. The location of the position is Dubai -, UAE, business travels to neighboring GCC countries and other Middle Eastern countries is expected. As a Sales/Admin Manager you will be responsible for: Administration of the MENA Opportunity Pipeline and Prospect List, ensuring all information is kept up to date Maintain as required and instead of Regional Director MENA ICEYE Business Development and Sales process in region Support for production of monthly MENA Business Development and Sales progress report Support for production of material for quarterly VP review and Regional Director meetings, in support of the Regional Director MENA Management/tracking of MENA related ICEYE website enquiries Support arranging/managing ICEYE’s activities across appropriate events and exhibitions, as required to support MENA Business Development and Sales activities Production of Business Development and Sales meeting minutes Manage the RD’s calendars, travels, and expenses Support the Senior management when on customer visits to the region Business trip arrangement, as required Support for any other activities required by the Regional Director MENA in support of ICEYE’s objectives Your assets that we need: At least 3 years’ experience in similar position Experience in high-level customer service Excellent English language skills Excellent administration and organizational skills Understanding of working internationally and with multiple nationalities Satellite/space/satellite data/new space experience desirable but not essential Multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs for documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Self-starter with appropriate stakeholder-engagement skills and strong communication skills. Responsible for shipping process of Fleet Centre Vehicles/accessories etc. 2. Create Purchase Requisitions for vehicles, shipments and other items, ensuring proper budget code are used and accounting procedures are followed. 3. Responsible for data entry for all Fleet Centre vehicles in Fleetwave (FMS). 4. Responsible to update the status (from stock to live) of Fleetcenter vehicles in Fleetwave and WFP systems. 5. Responsible for the maintenance of Fleet Centre files such as leasing. 6. Maintain tracking sheets and measurements for key performance indicators. 7. Responsible for archiving Fleet Centre files and keeping track of them. 8. Perform other related duties as assigned.
