Professional demeanour and highly ethical With knowledge in Peachtree accounting software Responsibilities AP & AR Responsible for all AP functions; checking and processing invoices, ensuring invoices are approved for payment, setting up payments, liaising with all suppliers, dealing with supplier queries, supplier statement reconciliation Responsible for all AR functions; processing of invoices from Excel to accounting system, chasing and allocating payments, sending regular customer statements, main point of contact for customer queries Financial Reporting & Accounting Assist with preparation of monthly management packs - balance sheet reconciliations etc. for review. Contributing to variance analysis commentary - month on month and to budget. Assisting with audit Sister concern End to end bookkeeping for our sister concern; including but not limited to AP, AR, banking, VAT & admin. HR, payroll & other Assist with on-boarding new employees Assist with medical/company insurance admin Assist with monthly payroll Assist with quarterly VAT submissions Actively to support and promote the standards, policies and procedures of the company.
