Requirements : • Fresh Graduate of Commerce – English section or any relevant field. • Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HR position. • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems. • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process. • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making. • Computer proficiency.
