Dubai -Job Description Liaise with data owners and stewards from business teams and applications team (as required) to ensure data quality issues are addressed Participate in workshops to elicit, gather and document reporting requirements of business teams Liaise with design specialists within DE IT to validate solution designs for reports / BI systems before implementation Fulfill reporting requirements and approved ad-hoc data requests from business teams through effective prioritization of delivery activities Keep informed about best practices, improvements and new tools affecting reporting. Recommend changes and/or technology that could improve our reporting services. Quality Analyst for Functional and Security testing - Brain Quest Consultancy and Training-Dubai
Dubai -Temporary, ContractAED5,000 - AED15,000 a monthresponsible for functional and security testing. Qualifications are listed below:Functional testing required qualification: - Bachler degrees of computer science- Experience of at least 4 years in the field of information technology and testing- Strong understanding of SDLC- Agile experience is recommended- ISQTB functional test certificate is required- Experience test of web and mobile applications- Test different platforms and development languages- Ability to analyze BRS and SRS to extract all possible scenarios- Functional TC writing skills on both excel and management tools- Business scenarios creation- Basic DB ( PLSQL) is required- Bug reporting and follow up until bug got closed- Experience of bug reporting tools- Regression test case creation- Regression test execution- UAT testBasic security testing required qualifications: - BS degree in Computer Science or related field- Experience of 3-4 years in security testing- Implement, test and operate software security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise- Develop a familiarity with new tools and best practices- Proven work experience as a software security tester- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the ability to create and read code in a modern object-oriented programming language (such as ASP.net/C# or Python) and writing SQL scripts and web code (HTML/JavaScript/etc.)- Have strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, Testing Guide, ASVS and other software security best practices- Knowledge of security testing against a wide variety of application layer platforms, including web, mobile, above and beyond running automated tools- Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation,SQL injection, source code review- Software development experience in one of the following core languages: Ruby on Rails, Java, Javascript and .NET- Adequate knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols- Strong knowledge and practice in cybersecurity tools- Ability to create Security-related test cases or scenarios- Ability to prepare Test Data related to security testing- Analysis of various tests outputs from different security tools- Experience of bug reporting tools- ISTQB fundamental security test is required- CISSP,GSEC and GIAC certificatesPlease send your updated cv to mira @ brainquest.org with the following information:1.
