Our client is looking for a Content & RFP Specialist to enhance their business communication and request for proposal (RFP) plans in support of their Insurance Middle East’s growth strategy while also driving a favorable public image, as a thought-leader in the health and well-being category. The role will work with the Sales & Client Management team to deliver tailor-made RFPs that showcase their core value proposition and highlight the brand’s promise to improve the health, wellbeing and peace of mind of all members. The role is also responsible for development of delivery of their business communications, including member communications and stakeholder communications. This individual will provide both proactive strategic consultation and tactical delivery of a wide variety of internal and external communications activities aimed at helping enhance the performance of their employees around the company’s mission, growth strategy, and priorities. Key responsibilities Create / develop personalized proposals bid, quotations, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from large prospective clients (RFP) Collaborates with members of the sales , marketing, finance, legal or product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) Write clear marketing copy, stakeholder and member communication to align with business needs and regulatory updates Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems Develop, proofread and edit thought-leadership content along with our clients' industry experts Work in coordination with the social lead to write and develop digital content aligned with client's brand principle) Skills The Person: Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, English or related discipline and at least 1 years’ experience in content writing, communications or a public relations agency Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven record of developing and delivering content for public consumption Must be a confident communicator and presenter Experience in creating proposals Proven analytical skills Tact and discretion to work with other employees and confidential business information Creative judgment and strong content development skills
