Dubai - Ensure that all Heating, Ventilations and Air conditioning of the hotel are properly working and maintenance.•Coordinate with Shift Engineer or Asst. Engineer regarding the works schedule and get proper instructions concerning the assigned job.•Ensure that all the Engineering Operational Procedures are well and properly followed under the supervision of Engineering supervisor, Asst. Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer.•Submit necessary reports required by Engineering supervisor, Asst. Engineer or Chief Engineer.•Coordinates with concern departments or sections in courteous and efficient manner before work implementation with the supervision of Engineering supervisor and Asst. Engineer.•Ensure the availability of spare parts and materials at all times.•Any abnormalities regarding machines and equipment must be immediately reported to Shift Engineers, Asst. Chief Engineer or Chief Engineer and conduct necessary actions.•Ensure that property and equipment are maintained in safe and efficient operating condition.•Be a part of Energy Conservation Program of the Hotel atleast 1 year experience as A/C Technician

What we are looking for: Executive Assistant, C Level What you’ll do: The Executive Assistant will provide support by handling a diverse portfolio of activities on behalf of one of Chalhoub’s C-Level Executives. Organizational and Executive Assistance Liaise with the Group’s managers, suppliers and clients on behalf of the C-Level Executive, to ensure a smooth flow of communication and understanding Screen and priorities incoming items to ensure the C-Level Executive, is advised of and updated current issues, events and items, and make recommendations for action Follow up on directives sent through the Office of the C-Level Executive, monitoring their progress Plan, organize and execute projects and a range of diverse assignments Organize and participate in meetings related to the C-Level Executive‘s function Assist in planning and organizing visits to the Group’s Head Office by selected visitors specifically invited through the Office of the C-Level Executive. Proactively identify issues and priorities Plan, organize and execute effective delivery of reports, programmed as required by the C-Level Executive Build professional relationships with senior Group management and the leaders in the field of the Group’s activity Act as an ambassador and role model representing the Group with professionalism at the highest levels.
