He/she responsible of controlling and managing all the payment functions of the company with no discrepancies and accurate financial statements. Requirements Ensure that the invoices, bills, expense reports & other charges are processed Ensure that reviewed invoices are acquiescent, coded and processed Safeguard that Supplier Statement of Accounts is reconciled on the System with full monitoring on discrepancies Manage payment (as well cheques) and forward to next level for necessary authorization and signature Classify payment priorities and guarantee that payment deadlines are met for efficiencies, tax, insurance, salaries and other key areas Ensures that processed cheques are collected/dispatched to Creditors and un-cleared cheques in bank is kept to a minimum Safeguard the custody and serial control of cheque stationary Benefits Annual Ticket 30 Days Vacation yearly on Calendar basis Insurance
