Marketing Manager GCC - Vifor Pharma-Dubai
Dubai -Due to Vifor Pharma’s successful growth within the GCC region, we are now looking for a Marketing Manger to join our team in Dubai -. Reporting directly to the General Manager GCC, you will be responsible for the delivery of marketing activities and material. You will also work with the relevant HQ and regional functions and teams to align the brand strategy and ensure the achievement of annual sales targets. Within this strategic and operational role, your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Develop key message platforms for the Vifor Pharma brands and ensure they are effectively communicated to customers through appropriate scientific and commercial channels Develop in-depth customer insights through qualitative and quantitative market research Support the sales force by developing high quality, customer focused communication materials which align with the brand strategy Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications and take appropriate action where needed Develop and provide continual updates to marketing plans and processes Monitor and control expenditure within the marketing budget Build strong external relationships with partners and customers Build and maintain a high level of disease knowledge and credibility with physicians Collaborate with and support commercial and medical functions Manage promotional activity within the appropriate compliance standards The successful candidate ideally holds a university degree in a medical or scientific field of study. Additionally, the candidate brings the following knowledge and experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the Rx pharmaceutical industry in a marketing role Previous sales experience would be advantageous Good understanding of the pharmaceutical markets in major GCC countries Demonstrated experience in new product launches, both planning and execution A track record of successful brand building, particularly in the hospital setting Basic understanding of medical aspects of therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth expertise (Gynaecology, Nephrology and/or Cardiology) Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional level in English required with Arabic being an advantage You pride yourself in your ability to understand performance and adapt strategy. You are able to think strategically for your markets and adapt as needed. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to successfully collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
