Key Requirements Degree in Technical or Project Management, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably with 5 years in the GCC market; Track record of planning, managing and successfully delivering Design Projects from inception through to delivery; Effective IT and communication skills in report writing, presentations and effective conversations Advanced Competence in using Excel, Power Bi, P6 Ability to lead a small focused team and effective delegation skills Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and requirements; self motivated Ability to analyse/prepare claims Responsibilities Implement project controls systems for tracking and reporting project performance to agreed KPIs across the portfolio of Divisional Projects Reporting and highlighting the time and cost impact of scope change and prolongation across the portfolio of Divisional Projects; Review claims and provide support on claims Manage a focused team of Project Control staff Monthly Progress Updates, internal and external, for all projects; Assist in training the Project Controls team, on the strategy and processes; Promote a culture of learning, innovation and improvement within the Project Controls team.
