Proactively uncover new prospects for the hotel and maximising conversion of business in line with hotels’ budgetary goals. Proactively manage the government segment to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives. Job experience: Minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar position within a leading 5-star International Hotel Chain in Dubai -. Personality: Outgoing, strong initiator, organized & mature. Able to communicate clearly with management and colleagues. Strong leadership skills. Able to work with different nationalities. Career oriented. Passionate about achieving higher results. Education: University Graduate in Business or Marketing Age: Between 26 and 30 years old, preferably on a single status. Gender: Female / Male Language: English and Arabic fluent spoken and written. Candidates who speak German, Italian, Russian, French or Spanish would have an advantage.
