The key focus of this role is responsibility for the end to end policy administration of the Dubai - Individual and Small Group portfolio and to act as the main point of contact on administrative queries. The role is based in Dubai -. Managing and adapting to changes in the compliance of policy administration due to local health insurance requirements. Effective management of daily workload as well as ad hoc requests and projects as they arise. The role encompasses the following responsibilities:- Effectively manage workload and respond to requests from external and internal clients through email within our 24 hour service level agreement (SLA) Inform your management team promptly if service levels cannot be met. Provide excellent service to all stakeholders, solving queries and concerns promptly, courteously and professionally. Build positive and professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as brokers and clients. Perform end to end policy administration requirements, ensuring these are completed accurately, communicated effectively, paying close attention to established high quality standards. Ensure all work produced is audit-ready and that audit results are in line with team and department quality standards. Follow department and company procedures in relation to anti-corruption and fraud, complaints handling and data protection. Ensure your management team is kept updated on any potential issues. Deal with escalated queries and complaints promptly and effectively, liaising with other departments if required. Participate in the improvement of workflows and procedures and pro-actively seek ways to improve these. Demonstrate sound product knowledge in order to provide timely and accurate information to clients. Keep up-to-date with Individual and Small Group product modifications in order to ensure accuracy in all dealings with stakeholders. Prioritise your workload in line with team/departmental targets. Demonstrate a cooperative spirit and contribute to a positive, supportive and collaborative working environment Collate productivity statistics and update daily/weekly/monthly management information reports.
