Key responsibilities Prepare the annual budget, strategic plan and any necessary re-forecasts. Support the senior management team in the development and monitoring of the strategic plan and milestones, producing Monthly/Quarterly Reporting as necessary. Drafting of business cases, development and challenge of forecasts for the core businesses and new product or geographical expansion Ability to manage and calculate UK service charges for properties is imperative.
