Relationship Manager - Henley & Partners-Dubai

Dubai -The primary role of the RM is to perform all activities required in terms of the compilation and submission of client applications for the relevant residence or citizenship program. This includes building and managing rapport with clients and their advisors to ensure optimum customer acquisition, retention and income generation. The role requires expertise across the entire residency and citizenship program portfolio offered by H&P as well as the ability to be able to support other ancillary requirements when needed. RMs are expected to deliver world-class, industry leading customer service to new and existing clients. External Work Relationships and Contacts New & existing clients Government institutions & regulatory bodies New & existing intermediaries and introducer's including external service providers Internal Work Relationships and Contacts The H&P Global office network Managing Partners Client Advisors (CAs) Accountability Responsible for maintaining Client relationships in accordance with established jurisdictional targets Responsible for advising on the entire H&P services portfolio Responsibilities Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits (if applicable) Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews Establish and maintain customer satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation Continuously identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the firm and its offerings with client needs Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application Mentoring junior members of the team Required Competencies Excellent time and task management skills and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Able to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action and to effectively interpret and anticipate Client needs. Exceptional listening-, oral- and written skills producing well thought-out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors.
