Dubai -Job Descriptions (Dubai -, United Arab Emirates) Looking for an Lobby Lounge Manager for a 5* luxury hotel About the Role: As Lobby Lounge Manager, you will be responsible to manage the overall operation of the restaurant, work on the improvement of guest satisfaction and optimizing the work sequences, observing the sales strategies and standards. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner with accordance to hotel policies, SOP and standards. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Supervises daily shift operations. Supervises restaurant and all related areas. Communicates to Chef and Restaurant Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. Supervises on-going training initiatives. Performs all duties of restaurant team members and related departments as necessary. Opens and closes restaurant shifts. Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.
