About the Job: We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Distribution Support Executive for Al-Futtaim Logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring any damage insurance claims for new vehicles are managed in line with company policies with the respective Insurance companies and in line with Consumer protection laws. Management of damage and defect claims with support to AFL Automotive Quality team. You will also be responsible for providing reports to various Managers and departments and support order management process for new vehicles. You will provide sales and operational planning support on inbound and outbound vehicle movements. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Prepare monthly KPI report to upper management for Toyota & Lexus. Monitor and prepare weekly report to stake holders for the Express PDI units for review and action by upper management Monitor PDI output (PDI + PPO) and AF Logistics daily deliveries, including Post Goods Issue and Pre-PDI activities and SNAP units. Coordinate and consolidate the Target and Forecast for all brands and submit the report with AFL Operation Management team for review and planning. Maintenance and update Planning Board on monthly and daily basis as required for all brands (Toyota, Lexus, Honda & TE). Ensure Capacity is maximised at peak periods. Check and approval of long storage unit for refurbishment of tire and related job for Toyota & Lexus. Prepare and submit monthly report to upper management for review. Processing of LPO to our vendor thru SAP and `ARIBA for the policy excess, vehicle repairs, mail courier and other office supplies and services. Submission and follow up of the claims to Insurance Company for the approval of LPO. Coordinate, monitor and follow up repair status to Workshop. Monitoring of damage units reported by AFL and Branches status of repair. Provide support to Sales Planning Team and Branches for the damaged campaign units for the system process Data management of damage/repaired vehicles and provide monthly summary report to stakeholder and upper management. Processing of monthly billing from service provider Provide support internal and external customer for the movements of vehicles required for events like Launch, Display, Product study and Special projects. About You: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with around 3 years of experience in automotive industry and experience in Insurance Claims is a must! You must be highly proficient in MS Office preferably in MS Excel & Powerpoint. You should also be able to communicate effectively and confident and effective at providing information. You must have a valid UAE driving license and knowledge in SAP is a definite advantage!
