Summary of the role The People and Culture (P&C) Specialist provides administrative and business partnering support to the Dubai - regional office. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage and administer the payroll process, maintain and update the SAP system and provide administrative and consultative support on P&C policies and procedures. Main responsibilities Operations: Maintain the HR master data in SAP ( SAP Enrolment, Personal Administration, Organizational changes etc) for the Dubai - Regional Office and other locations. Management of other HRIS such as Leaves Tracking System, Training Management, Recruitment tool Maintain the employee files system Maintain various metrics reports and organizational charts Administer employee requests for various letters (Bank letters, employment letters etc.) Provide expert advice on remuneration schemes (Share Match Plan, Performance Share Plans) Liaise with Head Office on various issues when required. (IT, expat benefits etc.) Attend to employees queries on P&C policies and procedures Continuously seek to streamline and improve processes to ensure operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Payroll Manage the payroll cycle and coordinate with the payroll provider for timely processing. Update various payroll related reports Conduct periodic payroll audits Continuously seek to optimize and improve the payroll process Recruitment Management of the recruitment and selection process on Success Factors from position posting to requisition completion Continuously seek to improve the recruitment and selection process Utilize social media channels to continuously promote the organization and the open requisitions Manage the new employee induction process Policies and Procedures Advocate and promote the P&C policies Continuous review of the Employee Handbook to ensure its update Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee benefits schemes such as Share Match plan, Anniversary awards, medical, life and disability Insurances etc. Participate in the annual salary review, bonus and benefits process Monitor the PDR process in line with the annual review and performance management processes. Participate in the management of the assessment and promotion processes Roll-out compensation and benefits programs to other Amadeus organizations in the Middle East & Africa. Manage the global mobility process and international assignments in accordance with global policies and local laws. Training and Development: Conduct training needs analysis and assist in the development of the learning and development strategy Manage the regional training calendar through SAP Evaluation of external training providers and coordination of training delivery Manage the E-Learning platform and establish an E-Learning strategy Internal Communication Participlate in the development of the internal communications strategy Coordinate internal communication through various channels Coordinate communication initiatives i.e Townhall meetings, newsletter, Breakfast with Management etc. Requirements Skills and knowledge: Payroll processing experience in a mid-size organization in the UAE , Knowledge of Success Factors and Work Day is a plus. Years of experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in human resources in a multinational Education:Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in human resources management or a related field Others: Two years of working experience with SAP HR/finance module.
