They are looking for an SAP Migration Project Manager with experience of at least 2 or 3 SAP Migrations, ideally within the Construction or Real Estate Industry but this is not completely essential. SAP Migration Change Impact assessments for all in scope processes, which details: People changes by process – i.e. tasks performed by new teams or tasks taken away Process changes – i.e. activities are being removed or done in a different way Technology changes Creation of a Business Readiness Implementation plan High level Change Management plan, including high level training needs analysis Key skills and background: You must have worked on at least 2 or 3 end to end SAP Migrations as the Project Manager The person needs to be a strong communicator and facilitator, with an eye for detail and can hit the ground running. Also very important is that the individual have got A firm understanding of how SAP systems work, including data Preference is someone with a background in SAP Migrations that have worked across third party vendors and internal teams globally.
