The successful candidate(s) will assist in most aspects of establishing and operating the clinic. The candidate will get tremendous exposure across functions including Admin, HR, IT and Finance. Operations Coordinator - Hayaat Group-Jumeirah

Jumeirah1. To manage the day to day operations of the entire property portfolio. 2. Manage the leasing activities, tenancy contract, tenant affairs, approvals and coordination with landlord, manage facilities, coordination with FM vendors and customer care. 3. To supervise the property admin operations related to renewals, new leasing, rent approvals from the landlord, act as liaison between tenant and landlords. Monitoring of rental incomes and other income related to the properties’ operations. 4. To attend and Investigate all queries and complaints from the tenants, disturbances and violations, and resolve problems faced by Admin or Facility Management team. Main Job Responsibilities: 1. Managing the day to day operations of the properties 2. Correspondence with the tenants, landlord, agents, vendors and service providers, by email, phone call, messages etc. 3. Carry out periodic inspections of the property to make sure the standards are maintained and supervise the FM providers to make sure they are meeting the expected level of services. 4. Achieving highest occupancy rates and highest possible rents to maximize the income for landlords under the portfolio. 5. Lease negotiations with clients, agents, existing tenants and make sure the rentals are collected on time. 6. Monitor, Verify and negotiate all expenses on the property to ensure its minimized to the best possible level. Other Responsibilities: Assist CEO in diary and email management, Medical, Travels etc. Support team as Team Secretary to coordinate special tasks Working days will be Sunday to Thursday in office but with occasional monitoring works for the properties and be on call for the tenants in case of any important notices for maintenance etc. Requirements 1. Sound knowledge of rentals, occupancy costs and competitor activity. 2. Knowledge of residential real estate. 3. Ability to resolve disputes and solve problems. 4. Be able to produce and disseminate written and oral reports in English to present findings along with recommendation 5. Be able to communicate ideas and solutions to problems 6. Must be proficient in PC skills 7. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. 8. Familiar with leasehold, freeholds terminology. 9. Familiarity with bookings and travel arrangements, airmiles etc. 10. Able to multitask and work under pressure. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in property management of minimum 20 properties. Managing properties in an efficient and value enhancing manner. Has Strong personality as every tenant wants everything free and doesn’t want to pay for anything other than the rent.
