Dubai -Accounts Payable Job Description: Ensuring timely processing of Insurer payments for U.A.E and Bahrain within set deadlines. Ensuring all processes, controls and procedures are correctly followed in the during processing of payments and refunds. Ensure accounts are kept up to date, thoroughly reconciling statements and chasing up for corrective actions. Dealing with email queries and requests for information from Insurance companies and internal departments and resolve on timely manner. Continuous review of processes, procedures and systems for efficiencies Various other adhoc duties which may arise. Experience you have that will set you up for success: Thorough understanding of all aspects of Accounts Payable Strong excel skills Excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Continually seeks improvement and more effective methods of working. Works well in a pressured environment.
