The individual will support the growth of the business in the region, by ensuring a consistently high standard of accurate, timely and customer focused proposals are prepared and delivered, to provide fully support for the onsite operation.Work Location: JLT Dubai - UAEMore Information About This JobQUALIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTBachelor (BSc) degree certificate of petroleum or higherProven experience in a similar roleValid physical health certificate (persons with disease such as cardiopathy, sudden dyspnea, HIV, Hepatitis B and other communicable diseases, etc., are unacceptable)WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTMinimum 5 years working experience in the Petroleum filed;Minimum 3 years working experience in the positions of Commercial Supervisor or equivalent.SKILL REQUIREMENTUnderstanding of the Petroleum industry.Familiarity with tender and contract for equipment supply and service.Fluent in spoken and written English, able to have free communication with people and undertake all kinds of paper work in English.Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT.Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem-solving skillsPOSITION RESPONSIBILITYEnsure bid/proposal tracking are instigated and maintained.Preparing bid/proposal documents in accurately, timely manner.Submit tender and handle clarification request from clients.Ensure that requests and bid documents are delivered to meet internal and external deadlines.Ensure effective communication throughout proposal team and that the commercial manager is aware of any clarifications, qualifications and exceptions.Handle with order receipt process for POs from the customer.Prepare and conduct PO handover from the commercial team to the execution project.Responsible for providing accurate product/service costing & quotations, ensuring that optimal commercial terms are included in different types of proposals & supporting the sales team in formulating market pricing.Interface with procurement teams to establish costs of supply.Work with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Manufacturing to determine full costs for the work scope.Create cost models ensuring all costing elements are included and price proposal in line with market pricing principles.Manage an effective document control system ensuring material relating to the customer is properly registered, circulated, controlled and easily accessible to the commercial team.Distribute documents as appropriate and co-ordinate responses within agreed schedule.Provide accurate and timely reporting as required by customer and commercial team.Perform other duties as required to support commercial & operations teams in Global Services.DesiredTarget oriented.Responsible.Good communication skills, good presentation skills.Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.Passion to learn.Open mind, strong motivation.Net salary: Negotiable.Working Time: Working hours are subject to legal holidays in UAE.Job type: Permanent, two (2) years.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
