About the Role: We are looking for a Creative Design professional who will leverage his/her experience to effectively & timely manage deliverables for all locations in the EMEAA region. Duties and Responsibilities: To collaborate with the stakeholders & external vendors for production & delivery of creatives, print & electronic distribution; for but not limited to reports, booklets, project brochures, newsletters, event programs and magazines, banners, posters, catalogues, and events. To prepare layouts, designs, artworks, formats & brand templates according to the brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand communication across the globe. The ability to work from initial design briefs, share brainstorming ideas and give strategic input into wider marketing campaigns through designs. To provide compelling solutions for print, multimedia and digital communications of our offerings by creating digital banners; online videos and animations e.g. GIF for social media and any digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Dreamweaver Required Experience and Skillset: 2-5 years’ professional experience with in-house graphic team or agency. Experience working in the non-banking financial or related industry is preferred. Fluent in English (verbal and written) & the ability to communicate effectively with internal clients and colleagues. Shows an understanding of the organization; its business, structure, products/services, operations and terminologies. Strong attention to detail and an ability to deliver high-quality marketing materials in alignment with brand standards. Ability to work under pressure and be flexible regarding working hours.
