Dubai -Primary Duties And Responsibilities Profitability & Growth Manage for value of PM Function to the company. Revenues and Cost-Management of PM Function in accordance with agreed strategy and PM business plan. Manage the bidding & negotiating process for new PM projects. Manage the PM contractual negotiations. Quality Management Leading role in developing and refining policies and procedures re delivery of PM services. Ensure people and processes are able to deliver quality as per KAIZEN standards. Conduct regular Quality Control. Drive continuous improvement and innovation of delivery of all PM services. Processes, Tools & Systems Leading Role in choice, implementation and maintenance of PM tools, processes and systems. Lead PM into Tech. Drive continuous improvement in PTS of PM.
