They share the same multi-channel approach to their Clients’ commercial communication needs, enabling them to offer bespoke solutions at every stage in the value chain.DESCRIPTIONThe Production Project Manager is in charge of the whole production, purchasing and execution of account or project based production jobs. The person will be working with suppliers, internal team members from Altavia Middle East or from the Group and external stakeholders to ensure that productions are purchased and executed in a way that ensures quality and competitive pricing. The Production Project Manager will be overseeing and executing a potentially large quantity of standard to complex projects including but not limited to flat print, packaging, indoor and outdoor POS materials and stands.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Production Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:* Manage all aspects of production on behalf of the Client, negotiate with suppliers, follow up with the production and delivery timetables to ensure the best execution and delivery of all of the assigned projects according to the Client’s requirements.* Build strong and lasting relationships with Clients and Suppliers and develop communication channels to ensure smooth workflow; liaison between all stakeholders and suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.* Gather job requirements from Clients and perform procurement and project management with deep understanding of the Clients’ objectives. Manage the Clients’ jobs on-budget, on-time and with the maximum level of service and quality.* Enter all specifications into our order management system, prepare requests for quotations, send to selected suppliers and consolidate and analyse the quotations received.* Analyse potential suppliers and choose the best fitted ones based on knowledge of manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities and schedule availability.* Develop strategies that will bring value to the Client for both quality and budget.
