To manage the Business & EIT relationship (strategy, projects, service) for assigned portfolios KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: Demand and Relationship Management Work within governance structure (Business & EIT) to govern and prioritise the business IT demand, fully aligned to business strategy and target operating model maturity Support development of business cases, operating model changes, solutions, business buy-in; and integrate in planning and budgeting cycles and demand management process Act as business integration point for IT Service Delivery, SLA agreement, major Service Incident Management and Service Improvement for assigned portfolios Build a strong partnership with business leadership and other key stakeholders to become fully integrated in decision-making and driving business strategic priorities Support the implementation of the internationalization strategy and the integration of international IT teams Business Optimisation Priorities Build detailed understanding of business performance, operating model maturity and opportunities for improvement for assigned operating model components Highlight and develop the opportunities (“To Be” business processes, business benefits, organisation impact, etc.); build consensus with business leadership and integrate into planning cycles. Health & Safety: - Managers/Supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their department, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees under their management are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored, and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated Requirements Are You a Star?
