Position Purpose: What you’ll be doing: We have a brand new and exciting role with our client where you will have the control to shape the way the client think about future food innovations . You will be working closely with key internal stakeholders, our suppliers and customers to lead and inspire our development teams. You’ll be tasked with helping to understand how we can use new and combination of innovative ingredients and encourage the latest thinking to be built into our strategy and development plans. What we’re looking for: As the Jr. Head Chef – Innovation Development/Quality Control, you’ll be tasked with helping to expand and build a strong culture of creativity across our Innovation team linking in to our suppliers, customers and wider business. You’ll also be leading the creative process, pushing boundaries to ensure you are always be aware of both present and emerging food trends. You’ll need to really love exploring food trends and culinary insight as this is going to play a core part of how you work and influence. It’s a really exciting opportunity to provide inspirational and innovative food leadership and to challenge the team to deliver first to market products, both with food and with technology. You’ll be a natural communicator with the ability to develop really strong relationship with our suppliers and internally across the business. Previous experience within the food manufacturing industry is essential A strong focus on innovation and standards – making you manufacturing savvy. Proven track record of translating new food products into commercially viable ideas is essential. You’ll have a meticulous attention to detail and understanding of stage gate processes. You’ll also understand the commercial side to cooking so you’ll be able to cost and replicate recipes. With the role having so many stakeholders you’ll need to be comfortable communicating and presenting your ideas and understanding others. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible to manage client relationships, ensure immediate response to client inquiries, create, maintain and distribute various reports and presentations. Main Duties: Assist the Head of Sales and the Head of Marketing in day to day operations with regards to the LEGOLAND Hotel. Independently compile and distribute the guest satisfaction and other internal reports on time. Ensure client requests and inquiries are immediately attended and replied by phone and email.
