Exit management process, final settlement, Exit Interview and cancellation of visa- Managing employee medical insurance benefits and monthly reconciliation with vendor and accounts- Generating Payroll associated reports and dashboards, Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.- Help in conducting training need analysis, Coordinate training activities and ensure they are conducted as per the training schedule.- Continually educate employees on company policies and keep employee handbook current- Administer or change benefits, Leave Management, Incentives, Health Policies and Procedures etc- Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive- Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks- General Operations :a. Tasks and responsibilities Review and draft key contracts in support of a diverse range of global security and risk advisory / consulting services. Negotiate contract terms with clients, effectively balancing the contractual exposure of the business with the need to maintain good working relationships with its clients. Contracts include the Company’s standard terms and conditions, client-specific contracts, government contracts and vendor contracts, competitive tenders and associated documentation (such as guarantees, bid/performance bonds, NDAs and MOUs).
