My client current has over 100 outlets across the GCC and have significant plans to expand across the region The Role The CFO supervises the finance unit and directly assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, accounts and financial reporting, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and financial processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Manage the accounting department to ensure implementation of proper processes, accounting systems and functions. Maintain appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting. Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements Manage all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation.
